Our Earth is full of hidden microworlds, each living its unique life. Just look carefully, and you will discover their fragility and beauty, as well as their strength and depth. Don’t believe it? "Microworlds" will guide you on how to see this and offer a playful and poetic view of the world that you might have lost along the way of life. We all had it when we were small. And your little ones still have it! So take them into the fascinating world of tiny objects and micro-movements with you ;)
Under the direction of Jazmíny Piktorová and Sabina Bočková, accompanied by live music by Václav Kalivoda, you can immerse yourself in a world where every pebble, twig, and blade of grass comes alive and tells its story. Come and see that it’s not only grand themes that move the world.
"Microworlds" is the perfect interactive and creative experience for children aged 4 and up, but it will also enchant adults. Jazmíny Piktorová was nominated for the Thálie Award for this project, and the performance was selected for the TOP 20 European performances by Aerowaves.

Letting go is returning.
Our Earth is full of worlds within worlds. Each of these micro-worlds lives its own unique life. The performance, through micro-movements, body landscapes, and play with small objects, sharpens our focus on the minutiae that are often not visible at first glance. This playful and poetic performance explores the fragility of our existence.
The creative team consists of established artists from the Czech and Slovak contemporary dance, visual arts, puppetry, and music scenes, all of whom have extensive experience in creative work with children. *Micro-worlds* offers both child and adult audiences an open and creative space where everyone and everything is an important and necessary part with unique potential that can develop and create shared micro-worlds with others. The performance also directs viewers' attention to small things and details around them, refines their perception, trains their mindfulness and concentration, and teaches them to play with minimal resources.
This movement-object performance is intended for everyone aged 4 and up.
The performance received the Czech Dance Platform Award 2023 and the Audience Award at the Czech Dance Platform 2023.
