Meeting point Masarykovo náměstí

A series of artistic interventions that resonates with what is happening around us, but also within us. The Czech-Norwegian collective Direct Action Theatre brings its series of public interventions to MOVE Fest Ostrava 2025, during which the city space becomes a stage on which social themes, our feelings and unexpected visual and physical solutions collide.

The uniforms of the heavily armed, absurd situations and subtly provocative actions will surprise, stop and move you, whether you actively participate or just watch the events from afar. Each of the interventions will resonate with our social issues, from our relationship to nature and the environment to our emotions, habits and prejudices. We will set off from the Prokešovo náměstí at 12:30 and from Masarykovo náměstí at 16:30!

Čeká vás místo, kde se potkávají diváci, performeři i přátelé festivalu, kde rezonují dojmy z představení a rodí se nová spojení. Těšit se můžete na speciální festivalový alko i nealko drink, voňavou kávu, teplou polévku i drobné občerstvení pro masožravce i vegany.

Přijďte v poledne na oběd, odpoledne na kávu a večer na skleničku a povídání o tom, co ve vás během dne nejvíce zarezonovalo 😉
